Our support plans for businesses/home offices with up to 3 computers are $150 per month, which includes; telephone support, remote assistance, pro-active checks and on-site visits when needed. Generally up to 4 hours per month of time used is included and, if needed, additional time is billed at our standard rate of $65 per hour. For specific projects such as office moves or server upgrades, a specific project price can be agreed.
